Harutyun Aleksanyan
Harutyun Aleksanyan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, is a lecturer at Yerevan State University. He teaches social policy at the Faculty of International Relations, as well as courses on anti-corruption policy and ethics. He also lectures on ethics and intercultural communication at the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
Dr. Aleksanyan is the author of over 30 scholarly articles published in national and international academic journals. He serves as Head of the “Elegia” Educational and Cultural NGO and coordinates Working Group 4 (Education and Culture) of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Armenian National Platform.
His research interests include history, social policy, migration, anti-corruption, ethics, and Armenia’s European integration.
