Il ruolo strategico della Mitteleuropa

Abstract: Mitteleuropa it is a topic of high relevance, which is however completely ignored by political debate and hegemonic dynamics, as well as left on the sidelines even by the most committed culture, except for little more than sporadic and occasional interventions. Among these, however, some emerge, endowed with singular extraordinariness in studies, markedly animated by a free spirit and therefore rather reluctant to preordained ideological frameworks and yielding to clichés or exploitation for electoral purposes. A strong reason, the latter, for his marginalization from current debates. The short space of a paper does not allow to dealt with the topic in a sufficiently analytical way: with this in mind, I will try to draw some guidelines for the acknowledgment of a deeply European and absolutely unavoidable reality.
